Yes. Movialy supports mixed fleets: cars, vans, motorbikes and scooters. Each vehicle has its own occupancy calendar, maintenance deadlines and condition tracking — all visible in the same fleet dashboard.

Movialy records the deposit amount, method and date at check-in, logs its refund at check-out, and shows it in the general ledger. The deposit remains under your control — Movialy only gives visibility on its status and reconciliation.

Movialy is tolerant to brief internet drops: check-in photos, odometer readings and signatures continue locally and sync automatically when connectivity resumes. It is not an offline app and requires internet to start sessions or load bookings.

Yes. Movialy’s email integration sends signed contracts, start/return condition reports with photos, and receipts automatically in Spanish — with local date, currency and number formatting — directly from the mobile app.
