Movialy shows a per-vehicle occupancy calendar and a global fleet calendar with colour-coded statuses. It uses AI-suggested best vehicle and advanced conflict detection to prevent any double-booking. Live statuses for rented, available, maintenance and overdue vehicles are visible in real time.

Movialy records date, time, odometer, fuel level and bodywork photos at check-in and check-out, comparing them side by side. It performs automatic reading of the odometer and fuel gauge from photos. Completed rentals are locked by default, and the timestamped history per rental is tamper-proof.

Movialy records financial lines per rental: rent, extras, discount, deposit, payment and refund, with amounts displayed in MAD. It tracks customer balances and separates due from overdue amounts. Operators keep their existing cash, bank transfer and card collection methods, and Movialy gives visibility on amounts in Moroccan dirham.

Movialy is resilient to intermittent connectivity. An in-progress check-in, photo, signature or payment recording is not interrupted when the network drops; it completes locally and syncs automatically when connectivity returns. Movialy requires an internet connection to start a session and load bookings.

Movialy automatically dispatches signed rental contracts as soon as they are validated. Condition report photos from start and return are sent directly to the customer. Invoices and receipts are sent instantly after a payment is recorded, with full send history and delivery receipts.

Movialy provides seasonality reports by month, week and day to anticipate peaks. It computes fleet occupancy rate on any period, by branch or category. Per-vehicle statistics include revenue, mileage, profitability and utilisation rate, and every report is exportable by email.
